• How long does shipping take?
  To keep our prices fair, we ship directly from our specialized electronics line. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery to the USA typically takes 7–12 business days. Total arrival time: 10–15 days.

• Why is my tracking not updating?
  Tracking sometimes pauses while the package clears US Customs. Don't worry—your watch is on the move!
• Is the watch waterproof?
  The Vandal Square is rated at 5 ATM (50 Meters). It’s perfect for rain, splashes, and hand-washing, but we don't recommend swimming or diving with it.
• How do I adjust the strap?
  Every Vexbora watch comes with a FREE Pro-Link Adjustment Tool and a simple instruction guide so you can get the perfect fit at home.
• What is your return policy?
  Because our drops are limited, all sales are final. We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your watch arrives damaged or is lost in transit (over 30 days), we will send a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
